As a mother of two children this age, I have a special connection with this group of kiddos.
Children ages 6-12 are invited to engage in a yoga practice that incorporates lots of physical activity, fun and engaging themes, games, breathwork, and relaxation.
In addition to learning mindfulness strategies, there will be a strong focus on various SEL strategies to use in daily life. Nutrition and healthy habits will be incorporated as well.
