Join your little sprout on the mat for a fun bonding experience!
Children ages 2-5 are invited to engage in a yoga practice alongside a parent or caretaker. This practice will incorporate physical exercise, songs, storytelling, puppets, sensory activities, breathwork, and relaxation.
With a special focus on parent-child bonding, children will develop a solid emotional foundation.
