UpLift Teens
Teens ages 13+ are invited to engage in a yoga practice that incorporates lots of physical activity, team-building activities, creative expression, breathwork, and relaxation.
In addition to learning mindfulness strategies, there will be a strong focus on various SEL strategies to use in daily life. Teens will learn how to effectively manage stress and build self-esteem. Nutrition and healthy habits will be incorporated as well.
Classes are 60 minutes long.
